Our current lead time is approximately 2 weeks prior to dispatch. Although some orders aren't taking as long to be sent out, as a precaution we ask that you would place orders in advance of required delivery dates.

For all colour combinations of any kind, we use our Unique Colourblend Technique™ so that your colour match is completely bespoke using our standard colours listed here. Kindly contact us directly with your requirements for your custom order

If for any reason you need to return your purchase, you may return this product unused to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, the item must be unused with original packaging undamaged and the original card still attached to the hair extensions. Please read our full Returns Policy for more information.

We only recommend the use of Nude London hair care products with Nude London hair extensions and cannot guarantee the quality of any Nude London hair extensions with other formulas. Nude London hair care products must be purchased at the time of purchasing the extensions. Any hair returned to be tested for alleged quality issues must be accompanied by original proof of purchase for both the hair extensions and hair care products.
