DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please note, all orders are processed Monday to Friday and must be placed by 2pm in order to qualify for whichever delivery method selected. On the rare occasion, we may be able to accommodate outside of these hours but it is not guaranteed so please do contact us to enquire if an order is required urgently and we will be happy to help where we can.
As the Buyer, you are responsible for selecting the delivery method of your choice based on the information below.
ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24
Orders will be tracked and delivered within 24 hours. Royal Mail Tracked 24 service should only be used for small parcels. Should this service be requested for medium/large or high value items, we will need to amend the delivery option and request the additional cost. This is to protect our clients, as once posted, the maximum compensation for items posted using this service is up to £75 of the value of any items lost or damaged whilst in their possession.
ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY
We use Special Delivery which is available Monday to Friday and guarantees that your order will be delivered by 1pm the following day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel. If there is noone available to receive the parcel, you will be left with a delivery note to re-arrange delivery. Deliveries can be tracked online and you will receive a tracking number with instructions via email once your order has been dispatched.
Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available as an add-on to the Special Delivery™ service for orders placed on Fridays. Guaranteed Saturday delivery ensures that your item is delivered by 1pm on Saturday. In the unlikely event that your item is not delivered on time on the Saturday, we will refund the additional surcharge for Saturday delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery offers compensation from £500 - £2,500 depending on the value of your order and the delivery option selected by the Buyer. Ariela Hair & Beauty will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen parcels once delivery confirmation is sent to our clients or as a direct result of delivery instructions provided to the courier. We will however, seek to attain compensation for the Buyer based on the delivery option selected by the Buyer at the time of purchase.
Orders must be placed by 2pm to qualify for next day delivery. Items on pre-order, items with a specified lead time and customised products/services will be dispatched using your selected method once ready for delivery. Customised products or services usually have a processing time of 10 – 14 working days in addition to the delivery time, unless otherwise stated.
